$300 commission retainer is a consultation and proposal fee applied to final project agreement. There is no retainer expiration, until passing of the artist.
Typical commission categories have included portraits, pets, places, and color field abstractions. The artist will endeavor to reach a connective understanding with the client, including size, materials, media, subject matter, color interests, and timeframe and delivery, while reserving complete final artistic expression freedom in all commission projects.
